Your requests

When you send a form, Araed Travel receives your contact details, travel preferences and selected journeys by email to prepare a reply and a proposal. A request does not confirm a booking. Please do not include passport numbers, payment details or sensitive personal information.

On your device

Your journey selection and language preference are stored on your device. Remove journeys from your basket or clear site storage to erase them. Form details stay in the open page and are not saved to browser storage. A temporary security cookie protects form submissions.

Email and external messaging

Requests are processed through our hosting and email services. We use the information to handle your enquiry and any resulting travel arrangements. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, email us. Opening WhatsApp shares information with that service only when you choose to proceed; its privacy terms apply.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are added by this website. Fonts and photographs are hosted locally. The hosting service may keep technical access and security logs.
